Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, age, height, weight, fitness goals, and progress data. We also collect usage data such as workout completions, meal tracking, and app activity. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and personalise our service, facilitate communication between coaches and clients, send workout reminders and notifications, process payments, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data sharing
Your fitness data is shared with your assigned coach as part of the coaching service. We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Firebase (push notifications), and Resend (email). Each service operates under their own privacy policies.
Push notifications
If you enable workout reminders, we store your device token with Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to ensure the website functions correctly. You can decline non-essential cookies using the banner on this page.
Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@repetition-app.com or by using the delete account option within the app.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and GDPR (where applicable), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@repetition-app.com to exercise these rights.
Children's privacy
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
